Henry had an al fresco breakfast today as his auntie, uncle, cousins and Grandpa Eric came round for a lovely breakfast.
After everyone was full, we went across to the park and Henry had great fun on the swing and slide. He is getting very good at pushing himself down the slide now and shouts ‘again’ every time he reaches the bottom!
In the afternoon Henry went to Shibden Park with mummy and Auntie Emma – he fell asleep on the way there after his very busy morning and was still asleep after we had pushed his pram halfway round the park! When he finally woke up, he had a sandwich and watched the ducks swimming past before going on the miniature railway with Auntie Emma. In the evening we went to post some cards – Henry was very excited to press the button at the pedestrian crossing and was extremely cross when he wasn’t allowed to press it again and again. Daddy had to pick him up and carry him home as he was so cross!
Henry had had a very busy day, so it was time to have a bath and go to sleep before another day of adventures tomorrow…
