Henry needed cuddles this morning after being very upset in his sleep. After breakfast, Henry and mummy played with trains, Henry saying, ‘Choo Choo,’ lots. We did some jigsaws and then spoke to Grandpa Eric on a video call. He was really pleased to see Henry.
Just before lunch, we set off to do some caching at Castle Hill. Henry fell asleep on the way there and after waking and eating his picnic in the car, we explored the tower and did lots of running about in the wind. On the way home, we called to get some new fish for the pond as a greedy heron had taken some of ours. Henry charmed the man at the pet shop as he always does. After tea, we watched In The Night Garden with the light off, but with a battery-operated candle on – Henry thought it was ace!
