After a lazy breakfast of toast and fruit, we set off to Shibden Park. Henry kept leading us towards the water and wasn’t very pleased when we put his reins on, but at least it meant he didn’t have to hold a hand! After spending a long time in the playground on the climbing frame and slide, Henry found a huge puddle to play in. He fell over a few times in the excitement and, even though he was wearing a puddle suit, needed a bath when we got home. Wet, muddy hair is not a good look…
In the afternoon, Henry did lots of playing and watched Stick Man and Zog. he enjoyed meatballs and pasta for tea followed by orange jelly.
Henry had his second bath of the day before a story and bed. No nap again today meant he was very tired.
