Henry was happy to play after breakfast at his childminder’s today. They went to a toddler group and it was noticeable how much Henry moves around now – he can be put down in one place, and in the blink of an eye he’s halfway across the room. After lunch, he played with Duplo, again moving himself around the room – but it wasn’t all smiles as he had a grumpy half hour too.
In the evening, we had lots of playtime together, bashing bricks and cardboard rolls together. He had a follow-up doctor’s appointment, but that was cancelled for one tomorrow instead. He is very determined to get certain toys and will keep going until he gets it.
