Friday, 3rd January 2020: Forty-nine weeks old

We went on a trip to see Auntie Emma and Uncle Jon today. We met them both in Williamson Park in Lancaster where we visited the butterfly house. We saw tortoises, butterflies, birds, meerkats, marmosets, rabbits and lots of minibeasts! Henry liked the meerkats and laughed at them lots. We went into Lancaster and had lunch before going on a big wheel, looking across the city. Henry kept kicking his legs and making the carriage wobble making mummy laugh and Auntie Emma terrified!

Henry was very interested in everything, especially when we went back to Auntie Emma’s house to see her two cats. They both look like Kit, but one of them is deaf, so Henry could squeal with excitement and not make her run away like Kit does! It was just after Henry’s bedtime when we got home, so there was just enough time for supper, a bath, milk and bed!

Once around the Lancaster Wheel.
