Henry enjoyed a croissant for breakfast and stayed in today as the weather was rainy. He played with a friend, using play food and a kitchen. Henry did lots of dancing before lunch, then tipped boxes of toys all over the floor! He had a nap then read a book and played with a push-along car.
After tea (which he did eat today) we went out to splash in some puddles. Not only did Henry discover the excitement of stamping his feet in the puddles, he also sat down in quite a few. Luckily we were only down the road, so after some protestations, daddy carried him back home to have an early bath. He came back downstairs to listen to some brass band music before his milk. He only wanted the book Car, Car, Truck, Jeep this evening and made mummy read/sing it 4 times!
