We went to Lotherton Hall today – our first stop was the playground as we were parked right next to it. After Henry had been on the equipment, we asked if he’d like to see the animals. He shouted, ‘Yes!’ and ran, leading the way to Wildlife World. He did lots of pointing and shouting, ‘Bird,’ and waited patiently for a penguin to swim past him. We had lunch in the cafe and a long walk meandering around the gardens; by the time we got to the woods, Henry was really tired so didn’t collect any sticks. He fell asleep in the car after sharing ice cream with mummy and daddy and continued his nap by cuddling up to mummy at home.
After tea he played with his Toot Toot drivers cars and watched a CBeebies Proms Concert on the TV, clapping the musicians when they played.
