Henry was up at 7:30 am and enjoyed toast for breakfast. Grandpa David came round to say hello and play with some of Henry’s new toys. Henry showed off his tower building skills with wooden blocks, then knocked over the towers that mummy had made.
Just before lunchtime we set off on an adventure! We caught the bus to Cleckheaton, had fish and chips in the park, then got the bus home! Henry was very polite and said “ta” to the driver when we got off and waved bye-bye to the bus. He did get a bit upset as he wasn’t allied to press the bell when he wanted to (every 3 seconds…)
He didn’t settle again until after 9:30 pm. He just wants to cuddle and fools you into thinking he’s going to sleep, to have his eyes spring open and grin at you!
