Well, the fast asleep by 7:20 pm was not so much of a result as Henry woke up very upset just before midnight and was then awake between 3 and 5:45 am! We were going to go out for the day but the black ice made even walking to the car tricky so we decided to stay in.
We filled the morning with painting, sticking and playing, having our picnic indoors instead of on our day out. Henry wanted to watch The Chase again – still not sure why?! He does like to clap the people when they get questions right though. Daddy asked Henry to press the button on the vacuum to turn it on but he didn’t want to and even jumped when daddy switched it on – he soon came round though and helped daddy push it round. Henry and daddy went for a short walk to post Henry’s thank you cards from Christmas – he was pleased to be able to push the button to cross the road. He was asleep by 7:45 pm tonight – let’s hope it lasts.
