Happy New Year!
Henry didn’t sleep well again, waking up crying at about 1 am. Mummy slept in his room which settled him.
We went to Knaresborough today to watch the duck race on the river. Henry bought a duck ticket with £1 that Grandpa David gave him this morning. It took ages for the ducks to come past us where we were waiting and it was very cold, but Henry was very patient and smiled at the people next to us all the time!
We will have to wait and see if Henry’s duck won the race (but we aren’t holding out much hope!)
